I have been on an over 20 year personal spiritual journey and interested in many things to help me along but In the summer of 2018 I lost my father suddenly which I believe was the catalyst to the 180 degree change in my career. As many have likely felt when there is a large loss in life it is time to reevaluate your life and what you do with it.
This is when I discovered Dr. Brad Nelson’s book Emotion Code and was very interested in pursuing it with certification. With the amazing results I saw while working on my clients for certification it spurred me on to become Certified in Body Code.
There is no better feeling of helping others become their best selves.
As a graduate of the University of Sedona and ordained minister I an so pleased to be able to offer various types of ceremonies including Weddings, Vow Renewals, Funerals and coaching on how to get through some of the challenges life throws us.
I am so pleased to be able to be of service to others.
Of note all Emotion/Body code and Coaching sessions are done via Telephone, Zoom or FaceTime
